Directions

  1. Mix first four ingredients together.
  2. In separate bowl combine water, egg, and vinegar.
  3. Pour wet mixture into dry.
  4. Mix by hand.
  5. Put in frig for 15 minute
  6. Roll out onto floured surface.
  7. NOTE: Jerry never did this, but I combine the first four ingredients in a food processor, then slowly add wet while running. I usually add the water separate, just in case my dough gets too wet, so I may not add all of it. Oh, and I also have substituted butter for shortening and it was delicious!
