Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 slices granary bread
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish cream
  • 12 orange, peeled and thinly sliced into rounds
  • 2 slices boneless smoked mackerel, skinned and flaked

Directions

  1. Lightly toast bread slices. Spread each slice with horseradish cream. Top with orange slices and pieces of mackerel. Grill/broil under medium-low heat 2-3 minutes.
