  • 1. Crush rice cakes.
  • 2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, by hand.
  • 3. Remove large stems from the chard.
  • 4. Make eight meatballs
  • 5. Wrap each meatball in a chard leaf.
  • 6. Heat a frying pan with the 1 TBSP oil.
  • 7. Cook meatballs, covered, for 30 minutes or until done.
