- 1. Crush rice cakes.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, by hand.
- 3. Remove large stems from the chard.
- 4. Make eight meatballs
- 5. Wrap each meatball in a chard leaf.
- 6. Heat a frying pan with the 1 TBSP oil.
- 7. Cook meatballs, covered, for 30 minutes or until done.
