- 2 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups graham cracker crust
- 4 tablespoons margarine
- 1⁄2 pint sour cream
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Cream together cream cheese, eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Melt the butter.
- Mix the butter with the graham cracker crumbs and make a crust.
- Pour the creamed mixture into the crust.
- Back 12 minutes in a 350 oven.
- Cool.
- Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla.
- Pour over the cooled filling and bake again for 7 minutes.
- Cool then chill.

I'm a college student who is not going to gain the "freshmen 15." I enjoy cooking and I can't stand to eat out a lot. It just makes me feel so unhealthy. My favorite thing to make is desserts. I enjoy hearing how well a meal is after the hard work that is put into it. I live on a ranch so our family has always had sit down meals, which i love.
