Directions

  1. Cook chicken about 1 hour in a large pot of boiling water.
  2. Add chopped celery, onions, and parsley. Cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Add chopped carrots and potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes-20 minutes.
  4. Add chicken bouillon powder.
  5. Strain and set chicken and vegetables aside.
  6. Cook egg noodles in broth.
  7. Add chicken and vegetables back to water and noodles.
