  • 1 (16 ounce) can cooked pumpkin
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon clove (optional)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts

directions

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Pour into unbaked pie crusts.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes longer, or until middle of pie is firm.
