  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. you'll need 2 mixing bowls, in one place all dry ingredients,mix well. In the other bowl place all wet ingredients, beat with electric beaters on med low, until creamy.
  3. Add creamed wet ingredients to dry, mix well. Grease a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Drop heaping teaspoonful of cookie dough onto sheet. Bake 10-15 MINUTES.If you over bake these they will become dried out.
