  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Pat meat mixture into a 9" x 5" loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 and 15 minutes.

  1. As I was making this, I thought the meat mixture seemed a bit too wet, but it turned out fine. The meatloaf held together very well upon cutting, as you can see in the photos. In future, I would add a bit more spice, maybe a bit of sage. Otherwise a very good meatloaf. I look forward to making a cold meatloaf sandwich for lunch tomorrow. Thx for sharing this recipe.

I love collecting recipes and cookbooks, which is funny because I don't do any of the actual cooking in my house, at least not at present. I do come up with ideas for tweaking recipes though and I do occasionally bake. I love anything to do with arts and crafting. I crochet, knit, draw, paint ceramics, etc. My idea of heaven would be to have my own studio to explore as many mediums and techniques that catch my interest.
