Directions

  1. Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, and flour completely.
  2. In a pie pan, prick a prepared pie crust with a fork.
  3. Place ingredients in that pie crust.
  4. Top with the second pie crust.
  5. Slice a few holes in the top pie crust.
  6. Sprinkle with Cinnamon and Sugar to taste.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  8. Cool on a baking rack or windowsill out of the reach of varmints!
  9. Cut into 1/8 pieces. Grandpa likes it warm tho!
