“My grandma made this cranberry dish for every holiday dinner and it's one of my fondest memories. It has just enough sweet to balance out the tartness of the cranberries. It's a great dish if you're looking for a new way to include cranberries in your Thanksgiving meal. (She sometimes put in walnuts or pecans for a little extra crunch.) Cooking time is for the jello to set up in the refrigerator.”

  1. Break up Indian Trail relish and cranberry sauce with a fork, mix together well.
  2. In a separate bowl, make jello with 2 1/2°C boiling water.
  3. Pour jello over relish mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. Stir until combined.
  4. Refrigerate until jello starts to set up, then add a layer of mini marshmallows on top.
  5. Return to refrigerator until completely set up.
