- 3 .cups sweet potatoes, Canned
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 2 eggs, beatened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 1⁄3 cup flour
directions
- Drain and mash the sweet potato's.
- Melt the 2/3 of the butter.
- mix the first 6 ingredients and place in a casserole dish.
- then mix the bottom 5 ingredients ( topping mix) and sprinkle over top of the potato mix.
- Bake 350 until set and lightly bowned.
- about 1/2 hour.
