  1. Place apples in crock pot; cook on high for 4-1/2 hours (covered).
  2. After 4-1/2 hours stir and add remaining ingredients. Cook for another 4-1/2 hours with NO lid.
  3. Stir and seal in jars.
  4. *Can seal in hot water bath or top with paraffin.
