  1. Miss Annie, this was just great!! DH says it's 5 star plus.Wonderful taste. I only had a can of regular stewed tomatoes, so I added 1/2 teaspoon each, onion salt, celery salt and red pepper flakes to them. Also only had sharp cheddar cheese, it worked very well. I have to say the presentation was beautiful!! It raised in the dish almost like souffle, taking a nice thin crust up the sides, above the dish with it. A gorgeous brown all over with a cheese crust to die for on top. I can hardly wait to make it again!! Thank-you for a real keeper!!

  2. I made this this morning for breakfast using ham and we loved it. Not only very tasty but beautiful. I'll definitely make this again. The only thing I added was salt and additional cheese. Thanks for sharing.

  3. Thank you, Miss Annie, for this delicious recipe. A very nice change of pace from the sausage - hash brown - egg casserole that I usually serve overnight guests!

  4. Not sure what went wrong but DH & I did not like this at all. It could have been that I bought the stewed tomatoes with the oregeno already in. They seemed to overpower the rest of the ingredients. We had to add sour cream & salsa to jazz it up a bit (we do that with almost all of our breakfast egg dishes).
