Grandma's Chocolate Peanut Butter Frosting

"My grandma used to frost her chocolate cakes with this frosting. All my cousins and I would gobble it up after Sunday dinners at Grammy and Pap's house. It is very rich!"

  1. This is a pretty good recipe. I used a serving tablespoon (as directed), but I thought it could stand to use a bit more cocoa powder (maybe a "heaping" tablespoon next time). I found the texture to be a little pasty, so I may try half & half and a little less PB, hoping to get a smoother spread. I spread this over a hot brownie (now I just have to figure out what to do with the remaining frosting). Over-all, it was nice. Thank you for posting. (Made for PAC - Spring 2013)
