  1. Cut potatoes into cubes about 1inch squares.
  2. Boil potatoes until soft, but not mushy!
  3. Let cool, while mixing all ingredients except the mayonnaise.
  4. Blend in mayo last.
  5. Pour mixture over potatoes and lightly toss.
  6. Refrigerate before serving.
