I have only made these using the white flour. I have heard that you need more flour than called for when using the whole wheat so just add a little extra until you get the proper consistency.”

Directions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, and oil together.
  2. Add rest of ingredients, saving chocolate chips for last and adding them in just until incorporated.
  3. At this point dough will be somewhat sticky so put in the refrigerator for at least one half of an hour to firm up.
  4. Roll into balls and press down slightly on dough which you have placed on lined cookie sheets ( I highly recommend using parchment paper ).
  5. Bake in a pre-heated 350 oven until sides are nicely browned. (oven times vary).
  6. Enjoy!
