  1. I love the ease of this dish and it was a one pan clean up for me as I use my dutch oven. You could add so many different seasonings to this. Since I'm a garlic lover that is what I'll add next time. All the daycare kids loved this. Made for ZWT III 2007 - United States Region

  2. Definitely a comfort "Gramma" food. So easy and I loved the cracker topping. I added some worcestershire sauce for a little extra flavor. After baking (and taking photos), I added a little cheese and mixed it all up..... Mmmm! I'll make this again. Thanx for sharing.

  3. Made for ZWT and we really enjoyed it - I added peas and corn as I had no green beans but this is such a versatile dish you could just add any veg that you had on hand and it would still taste great !!

  4. Surprisingly good. I was skeptical about putting cottage cheese in a hamburger casserole, but we liked it.

  5. This right up there in my comfort food list. I doubled the recipe because I had company and it came out very well. The only thing I added was a few fresh thin sliced mushrooms that we all love. Hope you didn't mind. As for the crackers I used one pack of Ritz crushed up and about 6-7 dabs of butter. It did come out a little crumbly but the taste was very good. You know that when a 2 and 5 year want more. Next time tho I think I'd only use half the crackers and a bit more butter. Thanks for quick and easy kid loved dish. We'll make here again thet's for sure. :-)
