  1. I love this recipe! I used reduced fat cheese, lean beef, and homemade onion soup mix. It was so good.

  2. For a quick pull together meal this worked out great! I enjoyed it so much I brought the extra over to my parents for them to try and they loved it. Only thing I did different was kicked it up a bit with a few sprinkles of crushed red pepper flakes. The heat wasn't too intense but it slowly creeped up as a warmth! I used gemli pasta and it cooked in approximately a half hour.

  3. I was a little worried about this one being bland but it turned out pretty good. I used ground turkey, mini shells for the pasta, and lowfat cheddar cheese. I didn't take the onions and celery out of the skillet, I added the ground turkey to the pan and sauteed it like that. I was worried that the pasta wouldn't get done, so I covered the skillet for a while. It took longer to cook the pasta than on the pasta package and the whole thing took abut 50-60 minutes to cook. It was easy and it was only one skillet so I was happy about that. Worth trying for sure.

  4. I just made this for dinner, and it was very good! I didn't have celery so I used green pepper, and was a little leary about cooking the noodles with everything else in the skillet because I'd never done it before, so I cooked them separately and then mixed it all together. Quick easy, one pot meal I'll definitely make again!
