Directions

  1. Saute onion and celery in water or chicken stock, set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef, drain.
  3. Add onion and celery back in.
  4. Add can of diced tomatoes, a can of water and the pasta.
  5. Bring to boil, simmer uuntil pasta is soft and water is gone.
  6. Mix in onion soup mix.
  7. Mix in cheddar cheese.
  8. Serve.
