Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 lb butter (NO margarine)
  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • fruit filling (I use Baker's prepared filling sold in the baking goods isle)

Directions

  1. Sift flour and sugar together.
  2. Work in butter, cream cheese and egg yolks.
  3. Knead well.
  4. Chill for 6 hours at least.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  6. Roll until thin in flour and sugar combination.
  7. Cut dough into 2 inch squares.
  8. Fill with desired filling.
  9. Fold two corners together.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
