  • Mix tomato sauce, lemon juice, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Pour half of the sauce mixture into the crock pot.
  • Layer pork chops in crock pot, and pour the rest of the sauce mixture on top. Make sure that the sauce is covering the pork chops.
  • Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 5 hours.

  1. It was quick and it was easy, but we did not care for this one. It tasted way too tomatoey and nothing like a barbecue sauce at all and I even added some onion and additional spices. While it was edible I won't make this again. Sorry...

  3. I have been making the same pork chop recipe for years and my family complains they are too dry. Well I tried this recipe about 1 week ago and boy did they go NUTS! This is THE best recipe for pork chops ever! This week I am going to try this recipe with a pork tenderloin instead - I will let you know how it turns out. Cross your fingers folks.
     
  4. This made a great dinner; sweet & tangy and tender. I modified slightly by lightly browning chops over high heat (1 minute each side) and cooked on low 6 hours. The whole family loved this recipe!
