  • Put the raisins in the white wine and set aside.
  • Sprinkle chicken with paprika.
  • Brown the chicken in oil for about 10 minute.
  • Meanwhile drain the oranges, saving the juice.
  • Add garlic to the juice and pour over the chicken.
  • Drain the raisins and add, cooking for another 5 minute.
  • Remove the chicken.
  • Mix the corn startch and cold water.
  • Add to the broth and stir until thickened.
  • Add grated ginger and the oranges.
  • Add the chicken and walnuts.
  • Cook for another few minute.
  • Serve over rice.
