directions

  • cook rice as directed on package.
  • cut tops off peppers and clean out the inside.
  • combine all ingredience except tomato sauce and peppers.
  • scoup mixture into peppers.
  • top off peppers with remaining mixture and place in crock pot standing up.
  • pour tomato sauce over top of peppers.
  • sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • fill can half way up with water and pour into crock pot.
  • set on low 6-8 hrs, high 4-6hrs.
  • enjoy!
