  • Put ground beef and pork in a bowl.
  • Mix egg and milk and add to beef and pork.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Roll into golf ball size balls.
  • Add to simmering pasta sauce to cook at least an hour.
