ingredients

6 cups flour
2 cups powdered milk
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon salt
6 tablespoons baking powder

directions

Mix all ingredients as best you can.
To make the pancakes from the mix provided above, just mix 1 egg, 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons oil/or margarine and 1 1/2 cups of the mix.
Mix until slightly lumpy.
