"We love this tartar sauce with my grandmother's fried fish! She made it up so it's very original! Use less lemon or lime for less tartness."

- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 2 teaspoons pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemons or 1 teaspoon lime juice
directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well and chill.
