Granola Bars With Coconut and Dried Fruit

“A yummy recipe that the whole family will love. Suitable for people with milk, egg, nut allergies. I based it on a granola recipe I found at http://alifelesssweet.blogspot.com/2008/07/chewy-granola-bars.html but I changed some ingredients. I use Tupelo honey to give it a great subtle flavor. Use unsweetened coconut, if you can find it.”
