  1. Blend granola and melted butter.
  2. Pat mixture firmly into a 9" pie plate.
  3. Chill until firm, about 20 minutes.
  4. Pack scoops of ice cream into pie shell.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Freeze until 10 minutes before serving time.
  7. Sprinkle additional granola over the top just before serving.
