  • Place grapefruit slices on a platter, overlapping the edges.
  • Top with onion and olives.
  • Sprinkle with basil and chives.
  • Drizzle with oil and vinegar.

  1. Wonderful, light and tasty. Very much like an avocado grapefruit salad my Aunt Bernice used to make. I added avocado to this one. Made.it even beet.

  3. Tasty, appearance is improve by sectioning rather than slicing the grapefruit.
     
  4. This combines some of my favorite ingreadents; grapefruit, basil, and olives. Way yummy!
     
  5. This is very good. I used more olives, less onion, and I didn't have any chives. (So is it the same recipe? lol. pretty much, I think!) I really liked the combination of the olives/grapefruit/vinegar. Reviewed for Healthy Choices ABC.

  1. Loved this salad! I have a yellow grapefruit tree, so I just used those instead of the pink grapefruit and it still turned out great!
