  1. Tools:
  2. highball or Collins glass
  3. muddler
  4. shaker
  5. bar spoon
  6. strainer
  7. In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint, simple syrup, lemon juice and grapefruit juice.
  8. Add 1-1/2 oz. rum and ice.
  9. Shake and strain into a highball or Collins glass over new ice.
  10. Top with club soda and a splash of bitters.
  11. Stir and garnish with grapefruit and mint.
