- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can rotel
- 1 (7 ounce) can green chilies, Ortega brand, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup onion, fresh, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon dried cilantro
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin
directions
- Gently mix and let chill to meld flavors, but you can serve it right away. Serve with great tortilla chips.
