- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup coconut (optional)
- 1⁄2 - 1 cup nuts (pecans, almonds or walnuts)
directions
- Mix butter, milk, yolks cocoa in saucepan stirring constantly -it boils quickly -- remove from heat and stir in vanilla, coconut and nuts.
- spread while warm.
