- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup swiss cheese, grated
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup fresh crab
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning (more to taste)
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch dill, on top each quiche
directions
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- In medium bowl, mix eggs, cheese, milk and crab. Add seasonings. Spray a large muffin pan with oil. Pour egg mixture into the pan. Top each quiche with a pinch of dill. Bake for 35 minutes.
