Great-Grandmother Blanche's Waffles

"This is a recipe that I got from my grandmother who in turn got it from her mother. GG Blanche was part of a card- playing group and whenever she hosted would make these waffles for the group she played with. Doubles and freezes wonderfully."

  1. Good waffles but wasn't sure when to add the butter

  2. These were spectacular! The cinnamon gave a different taste to the plain ole waffle. I also think that beating the egg whites, made a huge difference, on their texture. Thanks for the great recipe!
