  1. preheat oven to 350. spray two cookie sheets with oil.
  2. combine coconut oil, honey and brown sugar in saucepan over medium heat and stir until dissolved.
  3. combine oats, nuts, wheat germ, coconut in large bowl and mix.
  4. pour oil mixture over oat mixture and stir well.
  5. spread evenly into pans.
  6. cook for 8 minutes. stir granola and return to oven.
  7. cook for 8-10 minutes until golden, not too brown.
  8. cool in pans at room temp for 45 minute.
  9. sprinkle in raisins and cranberries and stir to mix.
  10. store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
