Great Hot Chocolate

ingredients
- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 10 large marshmallows
directions
- 1. In a small saucepan pour all ingredients. Heat saucepan to Medium heat. Mix mixute every 2 minutes.
- 2. Heat until very hot (or just after it starts boiling) and then turn the heat off. Stir Mixture and pour into 2 mugs. Enjoy!

Very good hot cocoa, I really enjoyed the marshmallows melted into it. I have a major sweet tooth and thought this could use a little more sugar, so will probably add another tablespoon next time.
