  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9 x 13 pan.
  • Stir together quick oats and boiling water, stirring until no lumps form. Let cool onto refrigerator.
  • Beat together the sugars, eggs, butter, and eggs.
  • Then add the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
  • Blend them well, then add cooled oatmeal and blend well.
  • Bake at 350 in a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • Frost cake while hot. Once frosted, enjoy!
