Great Salmon Fillets

"I make salmon alot in my house, and this one is my favorite by far out of all the recipes I have tried. I think this may have been the first way I cooked salmon, and well you just have to try it. You can add garlic, lemon, dill, well just about any additional seasoning you want to it."

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon chef paul prudhommes redfish seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chef paul prudhommes salmon seasoning

directions

  • Heat olive oil and butter over medium high heat.
  • Season fillets with spices and gently press down on fillets.
  • Place in skillet and cook 5 minutes till side, depending on thickness.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes and serve.

I found a love of cooking after I moved to Orlando to get married, everynight I like to make something new, I was never a big fan of leftovers. I know when we have children I will love leftovers but for now I will take advantage of the time to develop my kitchen skills. It is such a great feeling to finally grasp the concept of cooking, what goes with what and then being able to alter recipes to what you like. RecipeZaar is the best.
