I notice that the picture of the finished yumminess uses the mighty, awesome crinkle-cut fry-type. The crinkle-cut is the epitome of everything and anything to do with the general genre of vittles oft-time referred to as French Fries even if the actual edible is a French bake vice fry.

Anyway, the crinkle-cut is the number preferred fry-type for masses of munchy-loving folks. Yep.

I eagerly anticipate concocting a batch of the Greek Fries due to their simplicity and ease of concocting and based upon past experiences with the ingredients as used with other delectable dining delights I just KNOW the fries will be exceedingly tasty. Oh yeah.

In general, cooking is a passion and a hobby. I love to try new recipes and I love it even more when a new recipe comes out spectacular. I work full time, and am a wife and mother, so sometimes cooking becomes a chore. I try to keep it fresh by planning out the week in meals, trying a new recipe a week, and cooking enough to freeze dinners for those evenings with a tight schedule.
