  1. Hello, I ask from Buffalo, NY, and a t the corner of S. Park Ave. And Tuft St we had Nick's Texas Hots. The best sauce ever. You go there at 3am, there are 300 dogs on the grill. Steamed buns and sauce waiting for those dogs. I used to order 8 at a time. I am making your sauce as I write this in hopes it comes out close to Nicks. In Buffalo, they keep it a secret. Lol God Bless, Bob

  2. I have been looking for the perfect hot dog sauce recipe, and this is by far the best I've found. I doubled the recipe, except for the cayenne pepper. Turned out fantastic!

  3. If you love hot then you want to try this. We like hot but I found this to be toooo hot but once the hot dog was made up, it was okay - my hubby loved it.

I'm 65 years old and have been cooking since I was 10. My first meal was Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. My mother talked me through everything. She hated to cook. I'm completely the opposite, I love to cook and try different things. been married for 42 years and have 3 kids. Two girls and a boy, four grandchildren that I spoil rotten. Had a stroke 1 year ago but it's not stopping me. My second love is camping.
