“Ok, so my Hubby and I went out the other night to a bar in DC and met another couple. His parents were Greek and owned a restaurant and he SWORE this was the best recipe his dad made. I tried it and needed to tweek it... as usual. :D The original recipe called for 1 WHOLE STICK OF BUTTER!!!”

  1. Boil pasta and set aside.
  2. Melt butter on the lowest possible heat and let it simmer until the butter browns. About 10-15 minutes.
  3. The add the crushed garlic and saute in the butter. Try not to let the garlic brown.
  4. Pour over pasta. Then add the parmesan cheese, Feta, and olives. Toss it thoroughly and taste it; see if it needs more salt (kind of doubt it) or pepper.
  5. Serve with a nice green salad (I made Arugala/Rocket salad).
