Directions

  1. Boil pasta according to directions al dente.
  2. Drain and run under cold water.
  3. In a food processor with slicer attachment, thinly slice green onions, bell peppers and cucumber.
  4. In food processor, chop kalamata olives.
  5. Slice salami into thin strips.
  6. Combine all salad ingredients except basil and toss with vinaigrette. Gently slice basil and sprinkle on top of finished salad.
  7. For Dijon Vinaigrette:.
  8. Add all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth.
