- 4 whole wheat pita bread
- 1 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 3⁄4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3⁄4 teaspoon dried basil
directions
- Place pita breads on baking cheet.
- Combine ricotta and garlic powder, and spread over pitas.
- Top with remaining ingredients in order given.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until bread is lightly browned.
