Greek Pita Pockets

ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled tomato and basil feta cheese (can sub plain feta and add chopped fresh basil)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1⁄2 cups diced cucumbers
- 1 cup seeded chopped tomato
- 1⁄4 cup chopped pitted kalamata olive
- 3 tablespoons chopped red onions
- 1 cup roasted garlic hummus, divided
- 6 pita pockets, halves
directions
- Combine first five ingredients until well mixed. Lightly stir in cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and onion. Spread approximately 2 tablespoons hummus on inside of each pocket bread; fill with sour cream mixture, dividing evenly.
