I added olive oil and lemon to make the salad dressing option (don't know how much; I just eyeballed it). I used half dried oregano and mint, and half fresh from my garden. The color was horrible, but the flavor was wonderful. I served it over a simple green salad. Thanks for posting! Made for ZWT6.

I made this to use in a salad dressing on Saturday. I'll re-review after I've actually used it. The only thing that bothered me was that after I mixed it up & gave a good sniff, all I could smell was the cumin. :( Made for ZWT9, Mike & the Appliance Killers! I'm ba-a-a-ck!! I combined extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice & about 1TB spice mix, let it sit for a bit then sued it in recipe#425864. Stunningly delicious & well balanced! xo Bethie
