Ingredients Nutrition

  • 34 cup fat free Greek yogurt or 34 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 14 cup almonds
  • 1 apple

Directions

  1. Chop up apple (or any other fruit or berries), and sprinkle apple and almonds over yogurt. 1 tbsp honey can also be drizzled over if you need a little sweetness.
