Directions

  1. Mix yogurt and egg in a bowl.
  2. Add flour and baking soda to the yogurt mixture. The mixture will be thick.
  3. Spray or lightly oil a nonstick griddle or pan. Heat to medium-high.
  4. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle and cook until starting to bubble and then flip.
  5. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve with favorite syrup.
