  • Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; gently boil 10 minutes or until sauce thickens. Stir in butter.
  • Spoon 1/2 cup yogurt into each of 4 bowls; top each serving with about 1/4 cup sauce.

  1. I used frozen mixed berries and even 10 minutes after all had thawed, it still wasn't getting thick. I used less sugar than called for so that might have been the reason. Anyway, I cheated and added less than a teaspoon of cornstarch and a little cold water. That did the trick! Instead of making this 4 servings, it made a wonderful addition to two bowls of fat-free Greek yogurt. We had it for morning after Christmas breakfast, but it would make a great dessert, too. Or topping for vanilla pudding! Made for your football win!
     
  2. Soooo good! Tastes sinful, but it's not! I did sub strawberries for blueberries, as I had them on hand. The sauce thickens right up, while simmering for that short amount of time. I used a honey flavored greek yogurt, and felt so virtuous during dessert! Thanks for sharing a great, cool summertime dessert, breezermom!
