- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 -3 tablespoons dill, fresh
- salt and pepper
- 1 English cucumber, large peeled
- 1⁄2 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups chicken, grilled diced
- 4 pita pockets
directions
- place everything except chicken in a blender and blend until smooth. stir cold chicken into sauce and serve on a pita.
