  • 14 cup butter
  • 1 (9 ounce) package frozen French-cut green beans
  • 34 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
  • 14 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, undrained
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
  • 12 cup pecans, chopped

Directions

  1. In a 2 qt pan, melt butter. Stir in all ingredients except artichokes & pecans. Cover, cook stirring occasionally, until beans are crisp tender-about 5 - 7 minutes. Stir in artichokes & pecans. Cover; continue cooking until artichokes are heated through- 2-3 minutes.
