I did use Gorgonzola instead of Blue Cheese. But other than that followed the recipe exactly. I do find that a half-recipe is a generous 4 servings (at least for my family?). This was really nice and the entire family liked it. Will definitely make this again. I especially like that it can be prepared well in advance of the rest of the dinner. Toasting the almond slices gives them a really nice flavor. Thanks for a very nice recipe!
